Membership of the Royal Academy of Dance affirms professional standing and offers support, training and advice – we want to work hard on your behalf.

To apply for Membership online please fill in the form below, complete with your preferred method of payment and click submit. We will confirm receipt of your application by email. The Member's subscription year will run from the 1 September 2009 to 31 August 2010.

*To qualify for the Full Member reduced rate you must be:
1. Under the age of 18. Applicants over the age of 18 must provide *supporting evidence of being in full-time education.
2. On a Faculty of Education programme (full-time or part-time).
3. Over the age of 65 and retired from teaching.

*Supporting Evidence:
• If you are in full-time education a photocopy of your student card or a letter from your school / college / university.
• If you are over 65 please submit a photocopy of any document detailing your date of birth.

Our subscription year runs from 1 September 2009 to 31 August 2010. Please indicate whether you wish to join immediately or from the next subscription year

On most cards the security code is the last three or four digits of the number printed on the signature strip on the back of the card. On other cards, such as American Express, it will be printed above the account number on the front of the card.
Please note that the Academy does not have a secure server. The card details you provide will be processed at RAD Headquarters. If you have any doubts please complete and return this form via post or fax.
